Of course Hassan is seeking a delay in his trial. I would too if I was still getting paid by the US Government until the date I was convicted. It sickend me that this terrorist is still getting paid from US tax dollars.

I heard that the SOB is still collecting the salary of an Army major.
I know it’s a legal thing- he hasn’t been convicted yet and probably never will be, but calling him a “suspect” is just a bit galling, as if his evil twin might have done it. He was caught in the act. He is not “suspected” of shooting and killing a bunch of troops. There is no question that he killed them. Perhaps it is not yet meet to call him a murderer, after all he might have had a bad childhood and it could still be found that America’s evil riches irresistibly induced him to do the deed, but he is at least a killer.
Until he's convicted and stripped of his rank he's still is an Army major.

Of course, he’ll get his delay!!! Obama has extended an invitation to him to have tea with the POTUS and his lovely wife, Michelle. They really are concerned about his mistreatment in the work place, that caused him to slaughter American innocents!!! They love the guy.....he’s a Muslim!!! His story, with Obama’s blessing....”The Devil Made Me Do It!!!” And....Satan Obama has that classic big smile from ear to ear!!!
BS - NO MORE DELAYS. Let’s get the courts martial going and justice done. This fool just wants more of his completely unearned salary to give to Muslim groups.
