Was it a ‘toy’ gun or a ‘BB’ gun or both?My guess is that there was a toy gun at the park. The BB gun was found when the police went to his home and arrested him.
Toy guns, BB guns, handguns, rifles, shotguns, fully automatic weapons and so on would be legal every where. I just have to laugh at the utter stupidity of New Yorkers. They built their utopia. I am prepared to stop its spread.

So I guess the moral is ‘dont take a real looking toy gun out in public in NYC if you have a illegal BB gun at home’, if thats what really happened.
