True - but drunks are usually easy to catch - I doubt that Ariel was a drunk....more of a sociopath. (rough genes in that family)
Plus...if I'm not mistaken - none of them actually lived at the house. The two drunks lived with Mom and the evil dude had another regular house.
Sadly - this appeared to be Ariel's "Hobby House"...of horrors. Some of the neighbors thought it was empty and that he just came by to check on it. It would be interesting to know how he came to own it - by luck? - or did he plan this all along?
