Good point also. We are left to wonder if he received substantial assistance. Food stamps? Direct payments? Did he get checks at the house or did he get money electronically? Did his brothers get checks? Was a case worker ever assigned to make contact with him to do an inspection of his home? Of course, all this assumes that he gave his true ID information. But even if he gave false ID, what does the case file on that name show? If there are additional case files on other false IDs, what is in THOSE files? Did someone inspect the addresses of those names?
Knowing what we now know about the agencies, employees and inner workings of Cleveland govt-—does not appear that anyone there would have the brainpower to consider such questions.
