BONGINO: I mean, there's really no issue here. There's only one of two possible scenarios that could have happened, the first being this is the most incompetent administration in American history and just had no comprehension of the danger on the ground. Or, they did comprehend the danger on the ground and ignored it for political reasons. Brian, there's no choice C. It's only A or B, that is it.

I never considered myself someone to believe conspiracy theories, but there are just too many things that point to obama and the left, really trying to purposely destroy this nation. God help us.
Rush, you can’t dress treason up with eyeliner and lipstick. Stupidity and incompetence is no excuse for abandoning your personnel on the battlefield, nor aiding and abetting the enemy beforehand.

It’s not treason. Treason is the only crime defined in the U.S Constitution. If you keep calling it treason and expect anything to come of this treason wise, you’re setting yourself up for a disappointment.
The CnC is given broad powers in regards to the military. Not responding is certainly an option of his.
Now, I’m not justifying anything, it was a cowardly choice that was made. One beneath the dignity of the office and it’s roles. Obama can’t hide from this. No matter who it is said made the decision (I.E Hillary), it’s his tar baby.
But treason was never in the cards — and for good reason.
Follow the money. What the hell does Obama and the Democrats care about Libya and Syria? If they were that concerned about freeing people from dictators, why not take out Castro in Cuba? It’s about money. That’s what really scares the Democrats. If the media and the Democrat voters finally figure out that the leaders of the Democrat party are just shills and thieves, there goes the Senate.
The Islamists and European socialists expected Obama to close Gitmo, releasing the inmates in the process and they expected Bush and Cheney arrested and prosecuted. When those things didn’t happen, they decided Obama was a self obsessed race baiter. He was not going to advance their agenda expect by his incompetent and indecisive pandering. They get that for free.

The potential treason is the underlying arms-smuggling to enemies of the country. You are correct - not responding is not treasonous, while it is cowardly and stupid.
The coverup may be illegal, as well, given that testimony to congress is covered under perjury laws.

I know that GW Bush has stayed silent and has not responded to anything that this regime has done. However, IMO it is time for him to speak out. This cowardly behavior, that cost the lives of four Americans, and the disgusting cover-up that followed cannot stand! He needs to comment on what actions he would have taken, he needs to ask the questions himself that all of us want asked, he needs to demand answers and to call out the media for covering for this corrupt, disgusting regime. He knows that all of this is wrong! He needs to use every resource he has to oppose these people who are destroying this country. We may never have another chance like this before they finish our country off!
The lefties care ONLY about their own self-aggrandizement, nothing else. If people have to die for it, well, that’s not optimal, but what difference does it make?
