USAF Vet Willing to Offer National Cemetery Burial Plot to Bombing Suspect (Freak State Alert)
Fox 45 Baltimore ^ | 5/6/2013

Posted on 05/06/2013 6:10:09 PM PDT by markomalley

US Air Force (USAF) veteran Julie Frein said she is willing to give up her burial plot at Arlington National Cemetery to Tamerlan Tsarnaev - the deceased Boston bombing suspect.

The Anne Arundel County woman told Fox45 she feels the terrorist suspect should be able to be laid to rest and just wants it to all be over.

"I feel sympathy for [his family] in that as long as this issue is open, they can't have closure," Frein told Fox45's Joy Lepola. When asked how she thought Americans would react to the suspect being buried in a national cemetery, Frein replied, "Well the country would just have to get over that, wouldn't they? Because nobody, nobody deserves to rot above ground."

Frein has already called the funeral home in Massachusetts where Tsarnaev's body is currently stored and is in the process of contacting the Office of Veteran Affairs to see if she will be able to offer up her plot.

Frein served in the USAF for two years. Her husband served in the US Navy for 20 years.

I hope somebody stops this real fast. Whoever she is she aught to be ashamed of herself. Has our military been so damaged that a USAF vet would be willing to soil and smell up Arlington with this bastard’s corpse?

The dead should be buried. The notorius dead should be buried in anonymous places. At least in my opinion.

First, why they don’t send him back to Russia and his mother?

Second, WTF is wrong with this vet? I cannot imagine desecrating such hallowed ground with the body of a terrorist. I hope the cemetery has some say in this and refuses the body.

There are several problems with this story. Veterans do not have a plot they can give to someone else. If a veteran’s spouse dies, she can bury him and when she dies she will be buried in the same plot. There is no guarantee this twit Air Force veteran will be buried in Arlington National Cemetery as that cemetery is almost full.

Why hasn’t some Muslim group stepped forward to bury him? If he was Muslim, why don’t they follow their own precepts and give him a Muslim burial?

Can we take up a collection to ship him home before this circus grows any more?

It shouldn’t cost but a couple grand at most which is a hell of a lot less that what it will cost to keep it here.

Sounds as though they must have thrown her out or she resigned when she found a sugar daddy with a military retirement. She wasn’t in long enough to wear down a path to the mess hall. I’ll bet she wears a burqa.

While the Air Force has never offered two year enlistments, the Air Force has separated individuals for the good of the service with honorable or general discharges. The simplest way for a woman to get out early was for her to get pregnant.

Dishonorable D/C or got out for pregnancy.

Either way, whatever.

She has a plot reserved at Arlington? I doubt that very much.

NO.

She’s a nut.

The Chechen family, or whoever hired this guy, need to come and get him or send for him.

And this disgrace of a pretend military vet needs the shut up and now.

What is wrong with MD? Is there something in their water?

I don't want to come off like a sexist, but I willing to on this topic. Women are not qualified mentally to be in the military. Why do I say this? Because any real man would be thinking a terrorist should be brutally quartered, preferably alive, and then have his remains sent to the four corners of the earth to be eaten by hogs.

Well isn’t that just so sweet.........how thoughtful (NOT) How would all the other families who have loved ones who served and were honored to be laid to rest there feel about this? Guess their feelings are NOT begin considered

Now we have to have grave site redistributed to those that did not work for or deserve the honor...............

The Air Force enlistment during Vietnam was 4 years. They have never offered 2 year enlistments to my knowledge. If this "veteran" served 2 years in the Air Force she either got a Bad Conduct Discharge or a Dishonorable Discharge.

You cannot be buried in a National Cemetary unless you are a veteran or the spouse of a veteran. Remember when Clinton tried to sell a plot in Arlington? He quickly backed down on that idea.

No, they didn’t. I was in the USAF during Vietnam, and the enlistment was four years. The only service that had a two year hitch was the Army with draftees.

Nope, Navy and Air Force enlistments were definitely both for four years during Vietnam. Draftees served two years active but I believe that only the Army had three year enlistments during that time. (Sorry, I'm not 100% certain on that last item. I joined the Navy.)

I asked that on another thread today. There's plenty of muzzies in this country. They have to have their own undertakers and cemeteries. Let them take him.
