MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — The FBI believes authorities disrupted “a localized terror attack” in its planning stages when they arrested a man after converging on a western Minnesota mobile home that contained Molotov cocktails, suspected pipe bombs and firearms, the agency said Monday.

And do you suppose this dufus actually had completed Molotov cocktails lying around, you know, crates of Coke bottles full of gasoline with rags sticking out the tops? Or maybe the “cocktails” consisted of a pile of old Coke bottles and some dirty clothes under the trailer along with a gas can for the lawn mower?
Odd that he was only charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm if he was an actual terrorist with bombs and Molotov cocktails and such.

I think it’s possible he was planning on trying to rob a bank or something, but that’s not “terrorism,” even “localized terrorism,” whatever that may be. Anything is possible, but this guy seems to be a loser career criminal more than anything else.
Obama and Co. Are trying to blur the lines. Terrorism is an act of violence meant to achieve political or ideological ends. Crime is simply meant to get something for the criminal.
Fort Hood and other such attacks, which Obama and Holder refer to as workplace violence, crime, etc. actually ARE terrorism. Somebody carrying out a crime, even one where he uses pipe bombs, etc., or even when he is mentally ill (Columbine, Denver, the Giffords shooting and a host of others) is not terrorism.
If this "terror attack" was not thwarted you think today they'd be calling it a "terror attack"?
