When men were replaced with a government check, this was inevitable.

The men weren’t replaced. The standard became “not married.” Most of the heifers I see in WalMart with an EBT card aren’t ‘alone’.....their live-in unemployed boyfriend is outside in his new F-150 waiting on her to come out with the grocery cart and beer. Seen it many, many times.

The fundamental problem is that of family structure
.[T]he Negro family in the urban ghettos is crumbling. A middle class group has managed to save itself, but for vast numbers of the unskilled
[and] poorly educated
the fabric of conventional social relationships has all but disintegrated
.So long as this situation persists, the cycle of poverty and disadvantage will continue to repeat itself.
"The Negro Family: The Case for National Action," a 1965 government report by Daniel Patrick Moynihan, who was then at the Department of Labor.
When Moynihan wrote that th Black illegitimacy rate was 25%. Today it's 80%.
He also stated that society could survive that rate in a minority, but not in the majority population. RIGHT NOW our illegitamacy rate exceeds that of the Black population in the 60's. Guess where we will be in another generation?
