Looking at the one photo here, well, there is definitely an accelerant involved, and gasoline is usually VERY well contained.

Could be when the car was stretched, the gas lines were done improperly.
My first thoughts also after seeing the pics. Or something similar.
Appears flames possibly from a moon roof.
Could have been drinking alcohol, cigarette or open flame for some reason. The limo lurches, alcohol spills and ignites.
Some years ago my mother was with a party of women at a luncheon. Something similar happened with a mixed drink and burned a woman badly.
