Is there a law in PA. addressing the issue if an abortion in process delivers a live baby then by law is the abortion doctor/facility required to administer life saving procedures or not? It seems the crux of this case would be dependent upon such an adherence or neglect of this lawful requirement if one even exists. Does anyone know?
Gosnell found out early in his murderous career that it was dangerous aborting a child inside the womb, and it required some knowledge and expertise. He found that waiting for a delivery was much safer for the mother and a lot less work.
Of course the idea was to kill the child so he just waited till it was born and then snipped their spinal cord with scissors.
IMO that is the way they should execute him.
