The first thing he should do is have Biden fill out the federal 4473 form, and then ask him to explain why the feds need all that info, including (gasp) RACE!

Cruz should shame Biden into debating by calling out the fact that, as Vice President, Biden is the president of the Senate. So it shoulde be only right to debate a member of the body over which he presides.

Obama and Biden recently fell in love with the "shame" word. Let's throw it back at them.

When Joe Biteme has no facts to support his position in a debate, he just keeps talking, laughing and interrupting his counter part like he did Paul Ryan. If it is at all possible, that kind of asinine behavior made him look stupider than he appears to be in real life.
