OK, just because I like you, Im gonna tell ya a couple things about MREs....
1. ALWAYS use the obasco
2. NEVER EVER eat the fruit and nut cake and peanut butter at the same meal...it will give a WHOLE new meaning to “chitting a brick”
3. Mix the cocoa powder, water and crackers, and ya got some mighty fine Ranger pudding.....
Never EVER EVER eat the ham and egg loaf........trust me, it is worse than anything a school cook can dream up and slop over potatoes.....and the gas is worse than napalm
4. the MRE bread is FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!! Surprisingly good!!

OK, I gotta share this story of my dad.......he and I go fishing (or used to) as our chance to be together and “tell lies”....we are in the boat for bout an hour it seems......I cross my legs........bout another hour (it seems) goes by......I uncross my legs.....dad looks me dead in the eye and says.......”you here to fish, or dance?”

If I could tame a cute little chipmunk as a pet, I’d quit smoking Marlboros, and carry him/her around in my shirt pocket. They’re pretty tame, but have teeth like razors.
All it takes is patience...some peanuts..., well strategically placed piles of sunflower seeds, and I have found that the ones at my lake property like “open face peanut butter on a crisp Ritz cracker”, (and yes, I am weird enough to make them for the chipmunks)
That is a HOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
