In a first, black voter turnout rate passes whites [2012 Election Analysis]

America's blacks voted at a higher rate than other minority groups in 2012 and by most measures surpassed the white turnout for the first time, reflecting a deeply polarized presidential election in which blacks strongly supported Barack Obama while many whites stayed home.

Had people voted last November at the same rates they did in 2004, when black turnout was below its current historic levels, Republican Mitt Romney would have won narrowly, according to an analysis conducted for The Associated Press.

Census data and exit polling show that whites and blacks will remain the two largest racial groups of eligible voters for the next decade. Last year's heavy black turnout came despite concerns about the effect of new voter-identification laws on minority voting, outweighed by the desire to re-elect the first black president.

Hoo boy. And whites are accused of being racist.

I am certain most FREEPers are white, but among the black conservatives we have here...what CAN be done to turn this tide? My heart breaks knowing that most blacks are voting for a party and a candidate that wants to enslave them to dependence on government.

This demonstrates why the GOP-e’s strategy of trying to get the votes of liberal minorities by alienating white conservatives is doomed to failure.

Instead of looking at this racially, let’s look at it philosophically.

This is what happens when you have a Marxist and a liberal as your two major party candidates for President. I didn’t stay home but I can understand why some people did.

Romney hurt the Republican Party all over the ticket, as some of us here predicted he would. Yes, black turnout was high but an energized conservative base with a conservative candidate would have been preferred.

Yeah but - who’s winning American Idolatry and Danzing with the Starz in between commercials for Viagra, Depends, and Sleeping pills this week?

That’s what the McSheeple think is really important.

Blacks in this country make up about 13% of the population, but, now have the highest rate of voters than any other ethnic population? Sounds like a whole lot of voter fraud going on out there!

But, that would be racist to think blacks would commit voter fraud to get one of theirs elected to office/sarc off!

100% turn out in districts voting for Obama mama? 110% turn out for Obama mama in some districts where blacks only make up 9% of the population?

The whites were counted and some were not counted..The blacks voted about ten times each..That how the fool got back in the white house

Yes, I voted twice,” Richardson told WCPO-TV. “I, after registering thousands of people, certainly wanted my vote to count, so I voted. I voted at the polls.”

Authorities also are investigating if she voted in the names of four other people, too, for a total of six votes in the 2012 presidential election.

“I'll fight it for Mr. Obama and for Mr. Obama’s right to sit as president of the United States,” Richardson vowed when asked about the voter fraud investigation that is now under way.

Richardson is one of 19 people suspected of illegal voting by the Hamilton County Board of Elections in the last election.

“I'm outraged, and every voter, regardless of their political affiliation, should be outraged,” said Hamilton County Board of Elections member Alex Triantafilou, who is also chairman of the county Republican Party. “It causes folks to have real doubts about the fabric of our very democratic process, and it's dangerous. It is disconcerting that someone would be so bold as to admit their conduct in such a fashion ... We fully intend to prosecute these cases.”

Richardson claimed she had submitted an absentee ballot, but was afraid her vote would not count so she also voted in person. She also said she voted in the name of her granddaughter and yet another person.

Translation: reflecting that blacks are racists.

But how many ACTUALLY VOTED, rather than have the poll workers do it for them, as the Congressman’s son (Moran, I think) gave EXPLICIT instructions on how to do.

I don’t think that REAL black turnout will exceed white turnout for a long time, but “apparent turnout”, due to their methods of “counting the vote” (i.e., “100% plus” turnouts in inner-city precincts) will make it certainly appear that way.

This demonstrates that there was widespread voter fraud. Once you break out the fraudulent voter totals all kinds of anomalies show up. Democrat areas have turnouts of up to 200% of actual registered voters. Voting areas which traditionally have high turnouts show great decreases in voter participation. Voters complain that the voting machine registered a vote for Obama even though the voter didn't vote for Obama. There are several other examples.

Well, when an unsupervised election judge simply lines up the registration number with the number voted and it all goes to Obama, magic happens.

Just my opinion. I think some on the GOP side would be less than enthusiastic about voting no matter whether it was a liberal, moderate or conservative candidate as the nominee. I personally vote no matter the candidate because I feel the need to replace the Democratic candidate is of greater importance.

That’s at least partially thanks to the “Romney’s a Commie atheist” crowd right here on FR.Refusal to vote for the lesser of two evils (and Romney was,and is,*far* less evil than Osama Obama) got us not the *greater* of *two*...but the *GREATEST* of *all*....evils.

Not only that, but we have a poll worker here in Cincinnati who voted six times in 2012 and openly admits it. They are thinking about prosecuting her. In Lake County, IN, a number of them voted multiple times. What makes this particularly interesting is they are all dead. If the federal gov't doesn't start prosecuting these infractions to the fullest extent of the law, this Republic is doomed.
