We have too many laws, many of them individually, are too easy to run afoul of and taken as a large quagmire of laws, it’s hard to stay in compliance. We need to remove most gun related laws and instead go after criminals comitting crimes against their fellow man.

Legislation=registration=confiscation=death sentence.

Totalitarian regimes have done this before, right before the slaughter.

If they want them, they’ll have one hell of a fight on their hands.

that a deferential court has not stricken a particular type of law does not excuse Congress and the President from the task of making their own judgments about whether a particular bill is constitutional.

There shouldn’t be ANY Federal gun laws. Period. The 2nd is clear, concise, and unambiguous.
