Executive Orders are only applicable to the Executive Branch of the Government they have no bearing on all of America - keep that in mind . The intent of this is only to get it into the courts as it is an unconstitutional power grab. American people are not subservient to the Executive Branch.

That's a good point, although some people reading this thread will ignore it because of their own fears. Some of those of us, who were acquainted with certain kinds of psych., social work, English, women's studies or medical students in a university, are aware. Others who know much about efforts to get funding for social programs are also aware of the compulsive/socio-political desires in some to control others, greed, etc.

Human nature being the way it is, saying "No" will get the right box checked, and that will be it. Any other answer will require follow-up questions later.

Heck, no need for that; just loosen what qualifies for a category (e.g. felon).

Apparently there is no longer any expectation of privacy in ANY transaction today, with the exception of what the Current Regime is doing in the White Hut. Whatever is going on there, is classified so highly that only the enemy shall ever find out what is going on, if in fact the denizens of the White Hut are not in active collusion with what are perceived to be enemies of the republic.

Because the only right to privacy is when having an abortion... as per Roe v. Wade.
