After the murder of an MIT police officer, which occurred after the marathon bombings, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and his brother apparently carjacked a Boston man and then casually stopped at an ATM to withdraw cash.

HOW THE TWO IMMIGRANTS were funding their lives and munition purchases.

They did not seem to be "needy"----attired in fashionable clothing---had cash in the bank. and time and money to purchase components and make bombs. Traveled to Russia---(and elsewhere?) All without any visible means of support---like jobs.

There's a zillion ways the Chechneyan bombers were being financed by unsuspecting Bostonians.... and other Americans. I'm sure they know the ropes.....probaly bought fake ID's to establish multiple identites.

Claiming "asylum from Russian persecution" gets tham a wealth of tax-paid freebies---no questions asked----a policy dating back to WW 11.

There's housing subsidies, instant welfare, UI, EITC, SSI, education payments, free medical care.....and so on.

Obama adminstration says this will be a case in the federal court. The suspect has been given his rights. That’s on Drudge, too.

Boston Mayor Menino (he was the stupid-sounding one at the presser ----in the wheelchair---injured in auto accident),then-Mass Sen John Kerry and every pol who sucked up should be rigorously scrutinized ---- possibly charged with aiding and abetting terror against Americans.

Most Boston locals concede that getting anything of substance accomplished in Boston is a Herculean task. Residents have all but embraced the principle of civic inaction with a perverse kind of local pride. In the end, who you know is probably more important than what you are trying to do.

And there is no doubt that little is accomplished without the approval and support of the mayor, Thomas M. Menino.

So it is with the Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center (ISBCC) near the intersection of Tremont Street and Martin Luther King Boulevard. Better known as the Roxbury mosque, the ISBCC has been in the works for more than 20 years. A few weeks ago it finally opened its doors for prayer — five years late, millions over budget, and still far from complete.

While the story of the building of the Roxbury mosque may not be worthy of a Hollywood epic, it does contain the stuff of a good television drama: (with Menino involved in) community intrigue, religious conflict, media controversy, foreign money, suspicions of extremist ties......and once-cocksure public officials, who (like Menino and Kerry who once gave Islamics serial BJ's) have since retreated into a zone of silence.

Yep just with the Massachusetts gun charges he ought to be looking at some serious time... 1) Illegal possession of an assault weapon (mp5)
2) Illegal possession of high capacity mags
3) Illegal possession of a handgun (no FID card)
4) Illegal possession of ammunition (No FID card)
5) Discharging a firearm within 500 feet of an occupied dwelling and/or a public way.
6) Attempted murder of the officer they shot
7) Murder of the MIT officer
8) Additional attempted murder charges as prosecutor sees fit (i.e. trying to run down the cops, shooting at the cops)
9) Carjacking
10) Kidnapping (related to carjacking)

11) Obstruction of justice (running his brother over)
12) Possesion of an infernal device (Massachusetts speak for bomb - their statutes about bombs date way back to the pilgrim times)
13) Attempted murder charges for setting bombs off in the police gun battle.
14) Probably could charge him with murder of his brother, and leaving the scene of an accident.
The list of charges runs on and on, so if its time they want to give him, he'll be doing life without parole. I'd say he is a dead man walking, and I used to think that would be the way to go in these types of cases, but having had a chance to read some the blind sheikh's letters to friends in Egypt, related to his lifetime incarceration at a SuperMax prison where he is in solitary confinement, I'd think that this would be a more vindictive punishment than the death penalty. Personally, I'd like to see him sentenced to death, and given a reprieve at the last minute, when he has the IV's in his arms. As I said, a life time in solitary confinement at a federal Super Max is the way to go with this POS.
