WASHINGTON —Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the surviving accused Boston Marathon bomber, has been arraigned in his hospital bed, a federal official tells NewsCenter 5's Kelley Tuthill.
The complaint against him has been sealed and is not public, according to Gary Wente, the circuit executive for the U.S. Courts in Boston.
A magistrate went to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Monday for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's initial appearance.
The exact charges against Dzhokhar Tsarnaev were sealed in the complaint and were not immediately available.

Law enforcement sources tell ABC News Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the second suspect in the Boston Marathon Bombing, is awake and responding sporadically in writing to questions.
The source told ABC's Pierre Thomas investigators were questioning the 19-year-old Tsarnaev about other cell members and other unexploded bombs, but said no details were given yet on answers.
Intelligence Committee member Sen. Dan Coats said Tsarnaev was shot in the throat, limiting is ability to speak.
This comes as surveillance video from the Boston Marathon attack shows one suspect dropping his backpack and calmly walking away from it before the bomb inside exploded, Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick said Sunday.
The video clearly puts Tsarnaev at the scene of the attack, Patrick said on NBC's "Meet the Press."

That is what is most disturbing about this!! Can not think of a single reason for the charges to be sealed!! Is that even legal??
Same thing happened for underwear bomber, shoe bomber, Time Square bomber, others?
Is there a pattern of Obama’s handling of murderers/terrorists vs. that of Bush / other president?
Leads us to just speculate on the likely charges...
Possession of firearms without it being registered? We do have lots of gun control here in MA...

Ostumbles does not want anybody to find out that Saudi kid was probably involved and maybe the ringleader and/or bag man. Both of those brothers were driving high line cars and supposedly the older one had on $900 shoes when he was killed. Neither one of them had a decent job so somebody was bankrolling them.
After the conga-line media and government lies and hysteria, is there anyone out here who believes anything that is said from these institutions anymore?
Anyway, I think would should be importing thousands more from Muslim countries and make legal millions who’ve routinely spit on our laws and rules.
