Chechen Group Behind Beslan Claims Attack Kadyrov Vows To Wipe Out Islamic Militants

And there is the rub. Not all Muslims are terrorists, but the vast majority of them support Jihad and are sympathetic to Jihadis, and the Koran and Islam represent a “terrorist” belief system.

As for the connection between Chechens and Hurrians and any recent conversion to Islam, this is really irrelevant. Chechens have been in the forefront of Jihadi activity in Afghanistan and not only launched horrific attacks against civilians in Russia, but also now here against us.

Your reference to relative peace in Chechnya due to the presence of a “strongman” illustrates ZULU’s Islamic Rule - the ONLY form of governance in an Islamic State is a dictatorship, an oppressive Islamic theocracy or anarchy. Its the Islamic mindset. There is no room for basic human rights,a republican or democratic concept, or justice as conceived in western culture.

Islam is totally incompatible with those ideas, many of which spring from a Judaeo-Christian political philosophy totally absent in Islam.

I believe in a containment or conversion philosophy with Islam. If they won’t convert, lock them up in their own countries until they change their thinking about Islam, or exterminate them if they attack civilians outside their sphere of control.

Islamists are very good at infiltrating and converting mass movements. Neither the Palestinian nor the Chechen independence movements were initially Islamist. The PLO was mostly secular and even had some Christians, but they (Fattah) are now marginalized by Hammas. Similarly, Chechens weren't especially pious Muslims until their civil war started in earnest.

Along the same lines, a lot of uprisings against dictators in the Middle East started out as secular and "democratic," only to be hijacked by better-organized and armed Islamist groups.

The lesson to be learned by the more sane and secular "freedom fighters" is not to make deals with Islamist devils if you want to avoid being tarred withe the same terrorist brush. Both Chechens and Palestinians have failed to do so.

Exactly! Couldn’t have said it better. Essentially, if you grill some good meat, and then you let the drunk uncle come and take a crap on those juicy succulent ribs, what you are left with is inedible and hazardous stuff to be disposed off as soon as possible. (Now you see why I said you said it much better than I could). In the same way, the Chechens may have had a point or two, but when they started killing innocents in the name of Islam they shelved themselves right next to Al Qaeda and shat-on barbeque ribs ....all destined to be disposed off in the most effective way possible.

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has condemned the attack but blamed it on a 'lone wolf' bomber who had a personal resentment against Yevkurov. He also emphasized that Islam is a Religion of Peace and ordered the Russian military to protect Russian Muslim villages and mosques to prevent attacks by racist, violent, Christian Russians, who he claimed might use this isolated incident as an excuse to engage in a progrom against Muslims.
