Been listening to UStream since last night after someone posted the link in another thread.
And then around 6:30 pm ET it was cut off along with two other Boston scanner feeds.
It came back on at 7, just in time for the main event :-)
I think the owner reported it as being half full.
You can keep gas in the tank, but you have to put in Stabil or something like that.

Confirmed, they located the owner earlier (who called in that he'd seen blood near his shed and the boat, and notified police.) The entire reason the police are there is because of that homeowner who was sharp enough to realize what the situation was that was going on in his own back yard.
