I suspect he was wounded in the first shootout as the homeowner said she saw what looked like blood on the shed and bloody clothes..If he was hit again just now..he will probably bleed out unless he surrenders. Hiding in boat.

I’m just hearing things though; are you actually able to see what’s going on? Or are you just going by what they are saying on radio? IE how do you know the suspect is moving etc.
