Let me guesz a civilian trial with his Miranda rights read. Of course, he committed crimes, not acts of war, least in the eyes of this administration. No charges of treason, it'll be multiple counts of murder, and attempted murder. And a massive line of attorneys ready to defend this guy, just so they can get a nice big payday at taxpayer expense and massive amounts of advertising.

Bittersweet about this - am fearing this will turn into the Hassan trial v2.0 - unless people raise absolute hell and keep the pressure on. Too much horror has gone on, too many resources expended to allow this to end up as a repugnant legal circus.
