The ReFounders on FB consistently re-post this map and this information. In fact, they re-posted it, just today!

Professor Joseph Olson of Hamline University School of Law , St. Paul , Minnesota , points out some INTERESTING FACTS CONCERNING THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION:

Number of States won by:
Democrats: 19 Republicans: 29

Square miles of land won by:
Democrats: 580,000 Republicans: 2,427,000

Population of counties won by:
Democrats: 127 Million Republicans: 143 million

Murder rate per 100,000 residents in counties won by:
Democrats: 13.2 Republicans: 2.1

Professor Olson adds: "In aggregate, the map of the territory Republicans won was mostly the land owned by the taxpaying citizens of the country.

Democrat territory mostly encompassed those citizens living in government-owned tenements and living off various forms of government welfare...." Olson believes the United States is now somewhere between the "complacency and apathy" phase of Professor Tyler ' s definition of democracy, with some forty percent of the nation ' s population already having reached the "governmental dependency" phase.

If Congress grants amnesty and citizenship to twenty million criminal invaders called illegals and they vote, then we can say goodbye to the USA in fewer than five years.

Rubio needs to re think this. I know he would like to solve a problem but this plan from the gang of 8 does not solve border enforcement immediately. Once the illegals are given a legal status, they will want their government giveaways. Most of them are not going to pass on those free gifts. Rush was right when he said out of the box once they are given legal status, the liberals and democrats will be advocating they must have rights restored to vote. Then we know the media will follow that line. No to the bill.

The problem is that we’d have to trust the government to enforce this, and they don’t enforce what they already have. They pick and choose what laws they will and will not enforce. And in a few years under this program, the USSC will invalidate some of the restrictions especially if 0bama gets another judge in there, and then we will be exactly where we are now, with 10 million more here, with more bureaucracy, more fraud, more crime and restictions and higher imposed upon US nat-born citizens as a result and de facto amnesty will be a reality.

Additionally, there will be tremendous disincentive to register under this program because “new” and “old” illegals will not wish to pay taxes nor come forward. Just another Kabuki theatre operation. With a Latino spokesperson, ugh.

If I had the opportunity to personally speak with Rubio, I’d have made this comment: “You say immigration in this country re: illegals is broken and we have defacto amnesty.”

“Why exactly do we need another law, or 1500 pages of laws, rules and regulations to supplant a set of laws that deal with illegal entry, employment, uses of government benefits, et al that we already have and are being ignored by Obama?” Additionally, they don’t confer or grant a pathway to citizenship (I mean laws, not Obama edicts).

The point is that Rubio swears his goal in this isn’t political (i.e., pandering to hispanics to get votes), but COMPLETELY disregards actions that could be use to FORCE this current regime to do what is supposed to be done already - without any more frigging ‘laws’.

I’ll be damned if I ever support him or this new proposed fiasco.

The problem has become the use of un-Elected minions to make "Regulations" and the creation of "Policies" to SELECTIVELY enforce laws, re-interpret laws, and ignore laws which don't fit the Agenda.

We already HAVE laws in place to handle the parasitic-invading-law-breakers, but we now have a REFUSAL by DHS and the DOJ to enforce them, because that's a big part of their Voterbase AND, lobbyists for businesses donat massive dollars to make sure their illegals/cheap labor is not limited.

With the current un-employment rate, jobs taken by illegals don't show up on the radar....and the bullshit red herring of "jobs Americans won't do" because the wages are too low does NOT include the cost to Taxpayers, and Consumers, for funding their education, welfare, food stamps, HOUSING, etc. Photo ID is opposed because the Dem's would lose the Illegals' votes, and perpetuates Fraud, nation-wide, too.

Add the billions in peripheral costs incurred by taxpayers, and the wages-only, tax-free that Illegals collect would balloon to the inflated levels of Union Employees for the same jobs!
