Has to be the same guy in the group photo. Oboma let the Saudi go, too. These guys all hung out together. The Saudi was the rich guy.

My guess is these guys are long gone. They probably hitched a ride back to Arabia with the Saudi kid. Which is why "the boss" waited to release the pictures.
Oboma would never arrest a muslim. Even the Fort Hood shooter is nothing but a disgruntled employee!
