Cops are seeking these two men (above) who were spotted near the site of the Boston blasts. Investigators probing the deadly Boston Marathon bombings are circulating photos of two men spotted chatting near the packed finish line, The Post has learned.
In the photos being distributed by law-enforcement officials among themselves, one of the men is carrying a blue duffel bag. The other is wearing a black backpack in the first photo, taken at 10:53 a.m., but it is not visible in the second, taken at 12:30 p.m.
“The attached photos are being circulated in an attempt to identify the individuals highlighted therein,” said an e-mail obtained by The Post. “Feel free to pass this around to any of your fellow agents elsewhere.”

You’re right that jihadists would be told to make the bomb bag look as innocent as possible, but - in this case - I think we’re barking up the wrong tree.
The two guys in black jackets and khaki pants - now they look a bit more suspicious. Those earphones make me wonder... in one ear like they are listening to a police scanner...
IIRC from what I read earlier, the blue jacket guy, who is the one who is the distance runner, never ran the race. He had planned to, but got there too late. That would explain why he looks p.o.’d in the photos (assuming he is not a bomber).
He looks like a SOB, jumping over victims like that...
As far as being the bomber, I doubt it.

I believe at this point the two have departed the bomb zone. It is my personal belief that there are two teams of two, not just one.

I am thinking the same. If we have identified them as Saudi or if that goob we grabbed is really part of the plot, then Obozo probably had the meeting with the Saudi guy to yell at him about breaking some stupid agreement to control their nutcases. That might explain his anger in the gun speech yesterday, more than the petulant child not getting his way with the Senate. I don’t see him as a man who can maintain his composure in difficult times.
However, I also would not be surprised if there were two teams and they are from sleeper cells that have been here for a while. They could slip back to where they were living or just uproot and disappear. It is possible we might not ever know their identity or origin.

This is why the FBI or someone in authority needs to come out NOW and say wtf is going on with their investigation and release the still video screen caps of the real so-called suspects. It seems like there is something being covered up, and I’m the farthest from a tin foil nut.
I think they have the located blast site incorrectly.
From the following picture, the blast site is not at the black mark next to the building and the fence -- it is in the middle of the sidewalk.
I'm becoming skeptical we are going to see the bombers in photos that are as early as when the big crowd was gathered, such as the photos analyzed here.
The bombing occurred after the big crowd had left, as it was getting toward mid-afternoon. And the bomb was left out in the middle of the sidewalk.
Therefore, I think this photo from the NY Post is important:
The bomb would have been placed about 15 or 20 feet beyond where the guy in the blue jacket is talking to his friend in the white hat, and would have been left right out in the middle of the sidewalk.
Judging from shadows and the size of the crowd, it was probably placed there only minutes after this photo was taken. From the most recent info, it seems unlikely those two guys in the photos are the bombers.
I don't think the bombers have shown up yet. I would expect the bomber was not someone who had been standing there for hours, but likely walked by shortly after this photo was taken, dropped the bag, and immediately walked quickly away. They really are going to have to focus on video from area surveillance cameras from right around the time of the bombing to try to spot someone walking quickly through the area and dropping a bag.
