If John King is afraid to say more than "dark skinned," out of fear that divulging more information might be "inflammatory," then I think one could fairly deduce that the additional descriptive information is "middle-eastern looking."

If the suspect were just an American with a dark tan, or an African American, I think there would be little reason to fear that reporting this would be "inflammatory."

Onyx..I do think their has been arrest and that this media confuddle is simply to process the guy without media swarm or the wrong people showing up at the time processing.

All local stations here in Boston are reporting no arrest but there are about a hundred people outside the federal court house waiting for the guy to be brought in. There’s supposed to be a presser here @5pm and we were told they would release the name at that time.

I have a feeling they have the perp in custody, and have for quite some time... but Obama needs to make a call to Saudi Arabia before there can be an official “arrest”.
