(CNSNews.com) – While the Obama administration will not comment on the murder trial of Dr. Kermit Gosnell, charged in Philadelphia for the murder of seven born babies and one woman, President Barack Obama said when he was a state legislator in Illinois that no laws are needed to protect babies born alive after a botched abortion.

He said that he wouldn’t want to force the woman or doctor to have to struggle with “what to do” if the baby she wanted killed survives the abortion. He said that he was unwilling to decide if that was “life”. He said it was above his pay grade to determine such things.

Worse, he voted three times to p[rotect the murderers who kill by planned neglect ANY alive child who survived abortion attempt. The man is a dead soul demon in office.
