He is either a "total liar" or a "complete idiot". Either way, he has no business being in a leadership position. Now he is saying that guns enabled the school massacre, because entry to the building was gained by shooting out a glass door. Moron. The same glass could be kicked in or exploded inward with equal effectiveness. His bill does nothing but drive crazy people to pursue explosives instead of guns.
