[UPDATE BELOW] CNN's national security analyst Peter Bergen twice suggested that "right-wing extremists" could be behind Monday's Boston Marathon bombings. Yet over an hour later, CNN reported that Boston Police were not holding anyone in custody as a suspect for the attack.
Things like this are why I haven’t watched CNN voluntarily in over 10 years.

So let's get this straight. Because some journalists, predictably, speculate (as a few always do) that right wing extremists are behind a domestic terror attack, you've leaped to the conclusion that the left planned the attack? And potentially paid off a Saudi(s) to do it? Now how are your allegations, which have zero proof to back them up, any better than those of leftist journalists?

You're basically just pulling this theory out of your butt. In reality you have no idea at all who is behind this. Good grief, give it a few more hours/days and we'll probably have some actual suspects/arrests.
First of all, NewsBusters should try to apply a little bit of logic to their writing. Are we to assume that if the perpetrators were right wing extremists that they Boston police would have already arrested them? Pretzel logic and NewsBusters is only trying to score political points themselves, precisely what they are accusing CNN of doing.
For the record, Bergen did say that it might be right-wing extremists. Well guess what? It might be. Bergen also pointed out that it might be al-Qaeda types, but you would never know that from the headline.
I am not defending CNN or Peter Bergen, but I do think that NewsBusters is guilty of exactly the kind of bias they are accusing others of.
