No NY State resident I've talked with intends to comply - and they don't know of anyone else who will.
In Konnecticut we have until, I think October to register, but we can start any time - NO ONE I know of has rushed down to do the deed.
SCREW THEM - massive non-compliance. You want to check for yourself, Gov'nor? GET A WARRANT.
