A decorated war veteran on a Boy Scout hike with his 15-year-old son was arrested alongside a Texas country road after a police officer accused him of rudely displaying a firearm.
Army Master Sgt. C.J. Grisham told Fox News he was illegally disarmed by members of the Temple Police Dept. even though he held the proper permits to carry his weapons.

In this day and age people are alarmed when they see someone with what you have, one of the officers told a handcuffed Grisham. They dont care what the law is.

By all indications, Grisham was arrested just because he was legally carrying his firearms.

Chris told Fox News that the police officer refused to let him out of the car until he answered a series of questions. The boy had not been arrested.

I think I would be demanding a lawyer at that point
[[after a police officer accused him of rudely displaying a firearm.]]
Hmmm- now we’re beign arrested for breakign ‘laws’ that we don’t even know exist? What? Was that law just made up on ther spot just to arrest a war veteran who served His coutnry- sacrificed his life for htis coutnry?
CJ is a freeper and a good guy.
I’m still wondering how it is that We The People have allowed the federal oligarchs to control by taxing for permission that which the Constitution indicates is an unalienable right? I mean, how is it that the government can require their permission for something that ‘shall not be infringed’?

He shoudl have looked at hte officer and said “With all due respect sir- the peopel may not ‘care what the law is’ But my lawyer sure as hell IS goign to care what hte law is- See you in court- get yourself a good lawyer too because you sir have falslely arrested me”
Illegal confiscation, plain and simple.
Me too. He successfully jumped through all the hoops required, and it was still no protection. The arresting officer apparently considers himself the lawgiver. I would sue the snot out of them for this.
“Hey governor, are you aware of this BS?” another question that needs to be asked.
Especially since they wre courting gun manufacturers to come there.
“Rudely Displaying”.... hmmmm right up there with “Disturbing the Peace”.... a cache-all when you actually haven’t violated any law but they don’t like you.
Military definition of a "theater."

Someday very soon a cop will over reach, like in this case, and it will end very badly. For the cop.
[[Im still wondering how it is that We The People have allowed the federal oligarchs to control by taxing for permission that which the Constitution indicates is an unalienable right?]]
We have allowed it- or more specifically, the republicans in washington and the NRA have allowed it because they are scared of the black man in office and the main stream media- that’s how- The left is exploiting dear leaders color to ram through every unimaginable violation to the constitution that they can whiel he’s in office because they know they will never have such another unprecidented chance again to IGNORE the law of the land and to VIOLATE our constitutional rightsw without ANY interference fro mthe mainsteammedia
Don't you have Spell Check?
The sad part is, I understand what you are saying.

The law is what we say it is when we say it......
right there with you budrow . . .
In this day and age people are alarmed when they see someone with what you have, one of the officers told a handcuffed Grisham. They dont care what the law is.
Evidently the cop doesn’t care either. Even with the social commentary.
Just another example of the governments continuing war on white people. Negros have the rights of royalty were stuck in the cellar with what passes as ‘due process’ today.
Then I guess we should assume all cops are dangerous and act accordingly
