If the candidate for citizenship (illegal immigrant) has to prove he was “gainfully employed,” how does that affect his employer?
If Jose claims he’s been employed by XYZ Roofing, is XYZ Roofing then in trouble, or does XYZ get a pass for helping out a poor illegal??? How does this work?
Can employers now hire illegals wholesale, claiming to be helping them on their “pathway”?
If they don’t read the bills they should vote “present”. Maybe that’s why obama voted present so many times as a state senator. Yeah, that’s it.
