Blacks have been doing this for many years. I remember Miami in the 70s with National Guard posted on corners. Maybe it’s a genetic thing.

Time magazine reports that blacks "making up 10% of the U.S. population, accounted for about 30% of all arrests, and 60% of the arrests for crimes involving violence or threat of bodily harm—murder, non-negligent manslaughter, rape, robbery and aggravated assault. They have a pretty constant 5% criminal class rate ~ very consistent with Europeans until the 1700s. I think warfare tends to eliminate that gene from the local genome.

That was fueled by racial tensions, today it's just a means to have fun...........

This mob phenomenon is growing and if they think it was due to a break in the weather, just wait till this summer.....
