The military is required to grow their food....it's planting season now. However often the food they grow is diseased and or drought affects growth. Little fertilizer gets through now.

If you look at some of the military videos with Kim-Un notice the solders behind the ones they line up (fatter ones always in the front for the photo ops. Many are very thin.

The world knows that Kim Jong Un is a typical cowardly communist fake. He is dog crap--a mouth without a face. His weapons are all fake. I think at the very least, the US & SK military exercises are a pretext for the Norks to complain for whatever reason they really have. However, I read the Norks used a military exercise to mask an invasion of southern Korea in 1950, so they may think we’re attempting to be as sneaky as they were. I think the biggest reason is that any totalitarian regime needs an external enemy, to distract their disaffected populace from their own failings. “Never mind your starving families Comrades, the evil Americans are about to invade and kill us all.”
