The low information types win another victory.

Rush didn’t concede the issue, the gist of his commentary was how it seems everyone in power has given up on it. No one who makes the decisions are standing and fighting.

People are twisting this around —he was advising against our folks adopting psychological tricks the left plays.

Some conservatives are strangely like ghetto folks who resent it when one of their own make it big and leave the hood —they twist anything against that person.

It’s some weird love of pain and abandonment.

Ignore Rush and O’Reilly. They have taken conservatives for a ride and have made tens of millions of bucks on the way. Forget them.

Listen to Ingraham and Palin. These are true social and economic conservatives.

Unfortunately Rush has always been uncomfortable talking about traditional sexual values — even though our welfare state is fueled by unwed motherhood and young thugs growing up without fathers. He made his name with “caller abortions” early in his career but has steered clear more recently. On his shows, he does not oppose gay marriage with much enthusiasm and appears eager to switch the subject to financial or economic topics.

Perhaps he is afraid the the liberals will point to his four marriages. Maybe he gets pressure from his nitwit wives, including the one who hired Elton John to sing at their wedding.

It sounds like Rush is letting his wife do the thinking for him.

Rush claims the battle was lost when conservatives started modifying the word “marriage” (“traditional marriage,” “straight marriage”) to describe the institution rather than insisting that the word itself necessarily refers to traditional/straight relationships and therefore doesn’t require modification.

A point I have occasionally tried to make.

There is no such thing as "gay" marriage. Never has been, never will be. In 10,000 years of human history, it does not exist. It never will exist.

Old joke:

If we agree to call a dog's tail a leg, how many legs does a dog have?

Answer:

Four. Calling a dog's tail a leg doesn't make it a leg. Pass all the laws you want to, there is no such thing as "gay" marriage and there never will be.

What other issue does Rush concede?

Voting for socialists [Romney], for one.

I happened to hear the show where he talked about this. He, personally, did not concede the issue, but was remarking on an appraisal from someone else that asserted the battle was lost when the verbiage was changed, IOW, as soon as people started referring to “gay marriage” the definition of marriage as it had been known for thousands of years was already compromised.

I would like to think that 2012 taught us that all those suposed “conservative” pundits are in this for one thing and one thing only ... money. They could care less about Conservatism and America. While I stopped watching these nitwits some time ago, 2012 really solidified my decision. The only one’s worse? The LibTard ones.

Rush and crew are irrelevant to the human condition.

He's exactly right - I never understood where or why people came up with the term "traditional marriage" - just as absurd as "gay marriage."

Is Rush just in it for the cash now?

What does this even mean in this context - makes no sense. What is it that you disagree with as far as what he said? Our side screwed up the debate and essentially helped them win the argument. He's exactly right.

It ain't Rush.
It's Rush's boss.
Rush has a boss, also, that he has to work for, and most bosses don't always agree with your values.
Julie Talbott may be the reason "why" Rush doesn't say he's against homosexual marriage.

I am so angry at people on radio and TV telling me to accept this behavior as a given. Like I have figured out some time ago, Rush is about the money and is turning his convictions into some luke watered down we must accept it. Though, his Christian base may want to wise up. Seriously. You guys made him what he is..Don’t take this.

Rush is reporting the news. No jackass should doubt that the communists Democrats have already finished the issue. The same will happen to the gun issue. We have no power and will not be able to stop anything unless 2014 Senate goes Republican, kick the likes of McCain out, and keep the house. Even then we will have to take power away from the communists black King Obama and his empire of communists criminals.

I guess Rush is just a lefty now /s. O’reilly, he sucks. But Rush is still the most important conservative voice.

Rush addressed this specifically. He did NOT conceded this. In fact, he berated those who did EXACTLY what you just posted, insinuating that THIS is Rush’s position.

He commented on what other conservatives are saying.

The problem is that, just like Obama guard dog Fx News, Obama guard dog Lamebaugh doesn’t include the Founding States’ division of federal and state government powers in his public policy discussions. Otherwise patriots would know that the Founding States made the 10th Amendment to clarify that the Constitution’s silence about things like marriage means that marriage is a unique state power issue.

Patriots need to get themselves up to speed on the Constitution and its history and then question why they put their faith into so-called conservative commentators like Fx News and Lamebaugh.

Do you ever actually listen to him, or did your lobotomy make it impossible for you to do anything besides knee-jerk react to state-controlled media inflammatory headlines?
