Pure unadulterated horse sh!!. My wife (82) suffers from COPD.She has shortness of breath when she exerts herself.
Her PCP tried to get a referral for some breathing therapy.
Medicare denied the request. Her level of COPD didn’t qualify her for the therapy.
Thank you Obama lemmings.

Sympathies. No friend of obamacare here, but that may be a "coding error" by your PCP. I know people getting respiratory therapy (breathing treatments) all over town paid by Medicare.
The thing about Medicare is that they don't even care about reality. All they care about is if the right diagnostic code, usually a four or five digit number, is used.
