not quite ~ Rahm knows some things and he's not crazy ~ just amoral. Weiner lost his mind doing ObamaKKKare ~ and he's not gotten better.
Although he'd be a perfectly suitable replacement for Bloomberg, you'd think by now that New Yorkers would prefer a mayor who's not mentally unstable ~ remember, Bloomberg got into gunrunning of all things ~ which is right up there with sending strange women pictures of your shorts.

Oh, and we've just had a couple of councilmen indicted for some serious shenanigans:
New York Post: "State Sen. Malcolm Smith and city Councilman Dan Halloran were arrested this morning on charges they were plotting to rig this years mayoral election through fraud and bribes.
The pols allegedly formed an alliance built on cash payments and fraud to get Smith one of the states top Democrats placed on the GOP mayoral ballot, sources said.
FBI agents arrested them both at their Queens homes shortly after 6 a.m."
Who needs a TV? Just watch the next corrupt or nanny-rageous thing committed by local politicians. Or, in Weiner's case, "pole-i-tician". We need Weiner as NYC mayor like the B'nai B'rith needs his wife working there.

He might be tied for “as bad” but would not be worse than the clown they have today.

I could see with Marion Barry’s comeback people forgetting about his “cocaine” incident. But how is Weiner going to get people to forget about his “wiener” incident?

That thinking is the problem they are both bad. I can’t believe Weiner would run after the embarrassment but most politicians have no morals and they keep getting elected it is amazing and disgusting.

Is it just me or on his best days does Weiner look like "screech" from "saved by the bell"?
