He and his supporters will feel redeemed and we’ll be stuck with him for the foreseeable future, along with Lindsey Graham.
If he wins, he’ll be talked into supporting liberal legislation, like John Ensign was. Democrats and moderate republicans will praise and cajole him...until a democrat defeats him because he is a weak link, or the republicans in the district wise up and primary him out of office.
And we'll stuck with that new "Evita" of a wife.
