Furlough the dork-in-chief. He (it) is incapable of producing anything useful anyway.
Perhaps he could serve as a golf pro somewhere (with no standards).

Sure.....get rid of them and pay them a big fat pension instead.

I read where all of World War 2 was conducted with a white house staff of 500. Clinton had 3000 with as many consultants. I don’t know how many the Bush’s had. But I read where Michelle has 24 staffers. I can understand that the first lady might need a secretary. But, come on!
BTW, I think the huge numbers of employees are a way of redistributing wealth and gaining political support. Also, they train people who will spend their career in politics. I recall somebody being laid off under Reagan when he closed down some federal agency. The poufy guy said, “Oh, my goodness, I have no idea what I’ll do. I’ve never had a real job!”

Boo Hoo
I’ve been furloughed several times in the past 5 years.

April Fools Joke?
I was thinking the same, as if the WH would furlough anyone on their own damned staff...

I just wish they would furlough more of the IRS agents. I'd rather we hang them. Right after we tar and feather them.

“The White House announced Monday that 480 staffers who work at the Office of Management and Budget have received furlough notices requiring that they take unpaid days off due to the sequester.”
Carney followed this statement with the announcement that the President would be immediately leaving for Pebble Beach to enjoy a quick round of golf with his friends in the Hollywood elite.

Since “O” spends OUR money like it’s confetti, and given the Obama family record of personal and professional profligacy, those 480 people were probably a bunch of do-nothing idiots who were only put on the payroll to repay a campaign debt or just ‘because’ they COULD BE!

Office of Management and Budget. They don’t need the entire Department.
Don’t have a Budget and sure don’t Manage.
