I think this is part of an overall plan to intentionally provide such a crappy education and indoctrinate such perverse deviance that more people will pull their kids out of public schools (even though they don’t get a voucher or tution tax credit and therefore have to pay twice) so that the net effect is a drop in class sizes yet continued revenue to then be used to prop up bankrupt teacher pension funds and re-elect rats.
