LANSING, Mich. (AP) — A Michigan member of the Republican National Committee said Thursday he will not resign after posting an article critical of gay people on his Facebook page, despite calls from members of his own party that he step down.

Dave Agema, who served as a state representative from 2007 until December posted an excerpt from an article titled "Everyone Should Know These Statistics On Homosexuals" on his Facebook page Wednesday. A group of 21 Michigan Republicans has called it "deplorable."

Congratulations to this republican for telling the RINOs in Michigan to go straight to hell for wanting him to resign for telling the truth about sodomites, aka, sexual perferts. I would have went further than him though and said that most serial killers in the United States are sodomites that hate themselves for engaging in their filthy lifestyle.

The best thing is that Dave Agema sits on the RNC.

Among the claims in the article by Dr. Frank Joseph is that gay people “account for half the murders in large cities.”

That one is surprising. I wonder if true.

Not plausible. They are 2-3% of the population. If the article has BS mixed with real facts about homos that is not good.

Gay marriage has nothing to do about love. It is all about greed! They want all the financial preferences given to married couples. But more than that, they want the courts to force the wealthier one to give up half their assets if they split up. The democrats however just want to stick another knife in the Judea Christian community.

Sorry, I can't believe that half of big city murders are committed by homosexuals.

But perhaps it doesn't matter. Suppose that it were true...would the RINO and Liberal reaction be any different?

I am totally pissed that telling hard truths gets you picked on. But let's make sure we really are telling the truth.

Grand Traverse County precinct delegate and former Cheboygan County drain commissioner Dennis Lennox, who is among those calling on Agema to step down, said he and other Michigan Republicans no longer have confidence in Agema's ability to perform his duties as committeeman.

He also said Agema's actions will only further distance voters from the GOP.

Its important to note that tea partiers elected Agema over uber RINO Saul Anuzis.

Maybe the idea is that most big city murders are committed by career criminals, and most career criminals have been in prison, and there is a lot of homosexual activity in prison?

Anyway here is Frank Joseph’s article, and the half of murders figure does not come from a study, but from a magistrate quoted in a news article.

Did he even say it? From what I'm reading, the guy he cited said it but I don't know that Agema included it himself.

I think the entire “gay” issue could be the wedge we need to set conservatives apart from the Republican herd.

Let the RINOs “evolve” and join with their liberal buddies in supporting an abomination that only a single-digit percentage of the population wants. Good folks back home never have and never WILL support the homosexual agenda. Ever.

So where will this lead? If I want to pass along my Christian beliefs to my kids, will I now be arrested for a hate crime for dissing fags?

An article about the election of Dave Agema to republican national committee. You’ll see why they want him gone.

Turns out, the Judge probably died around 1960, so he may have been describing his experience.

I know Dr. Joseph’s list has been around since the ealy ‘90s, so none of it should be relied on for current facts.

Hm. The piece titled "Homosexual Rights Are Concern for Some" is cited here:

http://www.traditioninaction.org/HotTopics/a02rStatistcs.html

...and was covered in this FR thread in 2005:

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1501855/posts?page=1

Some of those statistics are laughable, which means that none of them can be trusted. Each claim must be individually checked. "50% of suicides can be attributed to homosexuals." "Homosexuals account for half the murders in large cities." "95% of homosexuals are alien invaders from the planet Qxthhhrg." OK, I added the last, but if you believe the first two, you'll believe anything.

If I was pro-gay marriage, that is exactly the sort of document that I would want to attribute to the opposition.

Wanna have fun? Ask your low-info friends what percentage of the population is gay. You will be amazed. The reason is that while only 2-3% of Americans are gay, almost 50% of the people on TV shows are.

Republicans would be fools to give up this issue. For conservatives this issue is a winner. I don’t care what the perverted main street media says, most Americans see homos as sexual deviants and are disgusted by their sick behavior.

One important and carefully conducted study found suicide attempts among homosexuals were six times greater than the average (Remafedi et al. 1998).

That term irritates me to no end. There are no laws on any state books for “gay” marriage. It is “same sex marriage”. This opens up all kinds of scam opportunity for monetary gain on fraudulent terms.

http://beverlyeakman.com/index.php/book-reviews/19-book-review-cloning-of-the-american-mind-eradicating-morality-through-education

Political Correctness: The Cloning of the American Mind is a short but very precise book published back in 1992 by David Thibodaux, Ph.D., English professor, University of South-western Louisiana. Dr. Thibodaux hit it right on the mark. In a relatively few pages (212), he succinctly chronicled the foundations of the disease called ‘political correctness,’ how it will destroy America’s moral foundation, educational excellence in this country and how it can be corrected.
One of the most obvious issues for cloning the American mind is promoting sodomy and other deviant sexual behavior. The American people have been under a barrage of the most sophisticated propaganda and brainwashing techniques ever seen outside Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union. One should remember that promoting homosexuality as ‘normal, natural and healthy’ is listed in the top goals of the Communist Party. The underlying agenda is the destruction of a real family (a mother and father) and marriage between one man and one woman. Communism can only exist in a Godless society and that’s why this big push to destroy Christianity in this country and make the word of God something to deride and manipulate for the latest ‘tolerance’ issue. Cloning the American mind to reject all social values that have held this republic true since the Pilgrims landed is the number one goal of political correctness.

Precisely. They're smart. They know how to manipulate their friends in the news media, who really don't need to be manipulated very much because they're so eager to help.

Those of us who support traditional marriage need to get a lot smarter about this, and we need to do it fast. We need to focus on the negative health effects of the gay lifestyle. Being gay and being sexually active, being immersed in the gay lifestyle, is like being addicted to crystal meth. It really is that self-destructive.

And we can't just say, "Let them do their own thing. It doesn't affect us." Because of Obamacare, we are forced to subsidize their outrageously expensive drug addictions, diseases and emotional problems. Furthermore, law is a teacher. When we legalize something, we are teaching the young and unsophisticated that it's safe to experiment with this behavior. It isn't safe, and it will never be safe.

Who retired in 1960 and was likely talking about statistics in the 1950's before NYC's demographics changed markedly and murder rates exploded.

Conservatives have a problem. When we say anything that enrages the Left, we cannot afford to have ANY error in the facts and figures we cite, because the Left will find one error and focus on that to the exclusion of all else to paint the speaker as a liar and a fool.

Conservatives are human and are also subject to being irrationally incited by emotional appeals to things they already believe.

Without effort to develop one’s character, intellect will usually be used in service of the emotions, and not the other way around.
