Anytime anyone shoots a baby in the face, it is a hate crime. Nothing to do with pigmentation.

Even getting it labeled a hate crime is a loss, maybe an even bigger loss.I don't think they really want hate-crime legislation; I think they resent the obvious hypocrisy when a crime is black-on-white but is never found to be a hate crime.
