Ouch! Arthritis stinks! I guess I have it off and on, too, but probably not to the extent that you do.
Have developed plantar fasciitis lately, though, and it’s been a pain...in the foot. It seems to be a bit better this week, so fingers crossed! :)
I pray that will go away if possible very soon!

Do you have a WalMart? Try Dr Scholl’s inserts for plantar fasciitis. It says it right on the package. They make a HUGE difference.
