My name is Alexander. I’m 7. Please change the law about killing babys when they are still in mommy’s tummys.
This babys are a live and not one chose to die.
Please make a new law that will protect the babys.
Marten Luther King, Jr. had a drem and he changed America and I also have a dream that Momys have to take good care of the babys in there tummys and bring babys to the orfanedg and other mommys can adopt them and they will be happy.

You are a negative doom-and-gloomer. You seem to be hoping for an apocalypse, and your "kill-'m-all" "jokes" are wearing thin and disheartening people. In other words, your behavior is akin to that of a classic troll.
Also, if someone from a communist site like whitehouse.gov or Democrat Underground were to stumble on too many of your negative "we all should die" posts, they could be used as propaganda against Conservatives, Conservatism, and this website.

I like your idea. It could very well work because tier 3 will seem more and more creepy and evil as time goes by.
Tier 3 consists of mostly just inconvenient babies. People too young, cheaters, poor people, abandoned women, single women. It also contains all those women carrying babies with disabilities. If they all knew someone would adopt and love their babies, and if they were kept safe and well cared for during their pregnancies, and even compensated for the next 6 months after, things might be different. I wish I could just start such a charity.
