There is no reason for any Republican debates, period, Win on your own merits, not by tearing down the other candidates, with the assistance of moderators, who hate the GOP in the first place.

Priebus should have been fired right after the election.

These people don't get it, do they?

Re Post this a thousand times, it's the truth and needs to be drilled into the Republicans thick skulls.

Conservatives are in charge now and they need to go sit down for a while.

You’ve got the RINOs and GOP-e’rs in charge of the process that is supposed to take us in a more conservative direction? Prince Reibus, or Prius Reibus is one of the dopes that shows how out of touch the RNC is. Even Michael Steele before him was supposedly a staunch conservative, but he was too busy “getting jiggy wit it” trying to drop outdated 90s ghetto slang to sound hip to the voters 20 years later. Also Steele turned out to be a big flaming RINO as well.

The GOP’s problem is that they really suck at marketing themselves and being able to overcome the stereotype of the typical Republican as an old rich white guy on the golf course.

There are a number of problems that plague the conservative movement and the GOP in general such as:

*Excessive romanticization of the 1950s. There has been a persistent tendency among the right in America to act as if Leave It To Beaver was a documentary instead of a TV sitcom.
*Excessive focus on social issues to the detriment of hard economic/political ones. They should not of course be abandoned completely since it’s still necessary to get the votes of the South and other areas.
*Trying to run unqualified nonwhite candidates for the sole purpose of advertising the GOP as welcoming to minorities. When there is actually a black guy like Alan West who was legit, he gets thrown under the bus.
*Having virtually indistinguishable positions from the Democrats on free trade and using the military as world police

Furthermore, Texas’ primary should be moved up, since we are the largest solidly Republican state. We should have a big say as to who the nominee is, rather than merely rubber stamping the winner of small states like Iowa and New Hampshire.

Reince Priebus was the state Republican Party chairman here in Wisconsin who was critical in putting Governor Scott Walker and our conservative legislature in office. They then went on to push through a massive amount of conservative legislation including a balanced budget and the destruction of the public unions. Reince is a solid conservative.

The current Republican presidential primary system gave us liberals like Romney and McCain. This system needs to change and Reince's suggestions should be considered. The only one I would add is to make all Republican presidential primaries closed so that only Republican Party members can vote. We will almost never win as long as liberals can pick liberal Republican nominees before they then vote Democrat in the general election.

As long as the GOP is led by a guy with a name no one can pronounce and that sounds sinister, almost demonic, they are gonna get what they deserve. May a curse be upon the GOP and its end come before the next harvest.

Unfortunately, Reince DIDN’T say anything about the GOP-e/Dem-lite party returning to its conservative roots.

Adios, muchachos!

The fact that the GOP kept the man whose party lost to the one run by Debbie Wasserman-Schultz is enough for conservatives to bolt the GOP

Denice is looking for ways to lose.

Having read the RNC report, I must say it is interesting for one important omission. On many pages of the report, recommendations are put forth that simply describe actions already taken by the GOP/RNC. Those actions have led to lost elections. The report uses focus group data and interviews with voters to advance those recommendations. The voters say the GOP is “scary” and “narrow minded”, for example. As a researcher and report writer, I would take that data one step beyond simply accepting it to determine the source of those inaccurate opinions. Once you realize that the voters were being propagandized, you realize that the recommendations of the report writers will not lead to GOP wins, as they haven’t for many presidential elections. The solution lies at least partly in communication—if you are fighting your campaigns against a massive propaganda engine, you will never win on the content of your message. You must improve your communication system.
