Geez. I thought that because the young lady involved didn’t say “NO”, she was giving tacit consent for them to do what they wanted. WRONG!!!! Maybe some demokkkrat should have “told them not to rape”. The new MTV generation. It’s not just about playing music videos anymore. Possibly they’ll now have the opportunity to experience rape themselves. They’ll have a whole new meaning for the term “wide recievers”.

Prosecutor, esp a female, should know better. It’s ‘too impaired to say “yes”’, although it’s not as if a 16yo girl can grant consent (legally)
