Eh....I rather just avoid it nowadays.
One cup of coffee can ruin my entire day.
I don’t even drink Coke anymore.
Flavored Seltzer is my bev of choice nowadays....and beer.

You sound like you need a pot of coffee (which is what I use instead of a cup)...
