Background checks? Yes! Let's have through and comprehensive background checks for anyone running for President (or veep) and either house of congress!
These background checks would include a complete, total, and unexpurgated release of all collegiate transcripts, and would include grades, professors, textbooks, and any theses. Further, they would include the full name used by the student, and the immigration status of that student.
These checks would also require a listing of the people with whom the candidate had most frequent contact.
Furthermore, the checks would include any, and all, arrests and include convictions and dispositions.
Background checks for higher public office?

Well, Here’s a “background check” on Diane Feinswine. This woman and her crooked consort fourth husband, Dickie Blum have gotten filthy rich using her position on the Senate Committee that oversees the military spending, and now they are “having trouble” with making her Chairman of the Senate Ethics Committee?

I know plenty of people that bought the above BS.
And when they finally *do* these background checks - someone’s actually got to give a damn about what they find out and take some action. Most times - these libs either don’t care or have outlandish excuses for the behavior of their own.
