Washington (Reuters) - Sarah Palin, the 2008 Republican vice presidential nominee, called President Barack Obama a liar and urged her party to stand by conservative values, rousing the crowd at a conservative conference on Saturday.
"Barack Obama promised the most transparent administration ever. Barack Obama, you lie," the former Alaska governor said in an address to the Conservative Political Action Conference near Washington.
She was echoing a line from a Republican member of the House of Representatives who shouted at Obama during a speech to Congress in 2009 and accused him of lying about healthcare for illegal immigrants.

Background check, drug and alcohol testing and an exam on Constitutional knowledge. Lying about being a “Constitutional Law Professor” isn’t good enough.

When I first read that story on Yahoo, there were a lot of very pro-Palin posts in the comment section. I posted my own. It was deleted immediately. I tried re-posting and the same results. I went back to re-read the pro-Palin posts and they, too, were gone.
Someone at Yahoo is doing some heavy duty censoring.

Actually they didn’t....Nancy Pelosi changed the form they submitted to the various SOSs to certify that he was the Democrat Party nominee, and deleted the part that stated he met the Constitutional requirements under Article II......Meeting Article II requirements was not something she could certify without committing perjury/treason. Pelosi is a dumb #$@%^^$ but she’s not stupid.......
And when they finally *do* these background checks - someone’s actually got to give a damn about what they find out and take some action. Most times - these libs either don’t care or have outlandish excuses for the behavior of their own.

Funny I was reading this thread, heard the speech and thought the same thing. I thought the speech was made for kids. It was not a serious policy speech.

No policy at all. You can agree or disagree with Paul, Jeb, Santorum, Jindal or Ryan— they all staked out positions adults vote on.. Not soda or tits. Palin should take her coke sipping schtick to Comedy Central and leave the serious policy debate to the adults.
