Illegal immigrants should be denied jobs. Easiest way to accomplish that is to place fines on employers or those who do business with firms operated by illegals. If that was done, illegals will self-deport.
But I will not hold my breath.
It is already the law of the land. It was contained in the 1986 amnesty bill. It was never enforced. AZ has passed a law mandating the use of e-verify with businesses losing their license if they knowingly hire illegal aliens. SCOTUS upheld the law in 2010.
Start with fines, and if they do it again, jail time for the one(s) who did the hiring. Nobody’s going to be willing to go to jail for cheap labor.

Today they march in view demanding welfare and rights, demand they be given a new legal status,the left gets with them and goes to AZ etc and sets up water points for the illegals to stop at and get refreshed.
We now also sue states like AZ, FL, SC, AL, which enforce immigration law while ignoring states which ignore immigration law like MA and the rest of the cess socialist pit of the north east.
We now even have talk that we shoudl allow illegal immigrant turd poking homosexuals in and then allow their supposedly other feces poking partner in crime.
One day hopefully and very soon I hope that common sense comes back to this country , the loons on the left with their big mouths and their socialist ways and their shouts of tolerance while being intolerant shut the hell up or they are so shamed like their 1920 progressives were that they go back to hiding in the shadows
Foreign nationals squatting here illegally should also be subjected to asset forfeiture.
The prospect of losing property and money will discourage others from coming, it will encourage those already here to leave, and it can pay for deporting those who won’t return home any other way.
