Neither do they. They don’t seem to understand that you can’t disrupt the economic system unless you actually are a net producer and not a net anchor. That applies to the people and to the city as a whole. And a hole.

They aren't trying to accomplish anything - they just see a chance to riot and go lawless for a while with little to no penalties.
